KATS LEATHER is a business in the fashion industry that markets and sells leather goods and bags.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 48 hours and delivery confirmed by way of email. KATS LEATHER makes use of The Courier Guy and Pargo for delivery of parcels. For items that are not in stock, please allow 1 to 2 weeks production time.

Parcels can be tracked on https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking_home.php for parcels sent with The Courier Guy and https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/ for parcels sent via Pargo.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by KATS LEATHER is mostly made to order with production times specified in the shipping terms and conditions. In cases of unavailability KATS LEATHER will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. Customer privacy policy

KATS LEATHER shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users unless publicly available. Information provided will only be used for its intended purpose. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards and debit cards or by bank transfer into the KATS LEATHER bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for KATS LEATHER via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by KATS LEATHER separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast secure site. For more detail on payfast refer to www.payfast.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

KATS LEATHER takes responsibility for all reasonable aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and KATS LEATHER chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 10 Manna Street, Amandasig.

Variation
